Cancellation Policy
Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, which is why I truly value your commitment. For this reason, all booked services are non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits are non-transferable. They cannot be applied to a different date or transferred to another person. Communication is also essential. If I don’t receive a response or confirmation from the client in the days leading up to the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be automatically canceled, with no option to reschedule. Cancellations, no-shows, or lack of communication represent a loss of valuable time that cannot be recovered. I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my work and dedication. Your beauty is my priority, and every minute counts to create magic.
